• Account data: When you create an account, we receive identifiers such as your user ID and email address associated with your account.
• Prompts and generations: Text prompts, optional reference images, and metadata about generated stills and clips (model, timestamps, job status). Media and related records may be stored on our infrastructure and service providers.
• Billing data: Subscription and payment information is processed by our payment provider. We receive customer IDs, plan status, and transaction metadata — not full card numbers.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar diagnostics to secure and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

• Provide generation, library, projects, and account features.
• Process payments and manage credits and subscriptions.
• Authenticate users and prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
• Monitor performance, debug errors, and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
• Send service-related communications (e.g. billing or security notices) where permitted.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service — for example, authentication, database hosting, media storage, AI generation, and payment processing. Those providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with notice where required.

4. Retention and security

We retain account and generation metadata while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. Generated media you keep in your library remains stored until you delete it or close your account, subject to backup and audit retention limits. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Manage account details in your profile or contact us below. You may delete generated items from your library where the product provides that control.

6. Age requirement

The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to transfer and processing in those locations.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
